With the SCHUMA reject sorting chute, you can separate your good and bad parts in the reject chute of your injection moulding machine.
Sorting takes place via a stainless steel slide plate, which can pneumatically change the slide direction forwards or backwards.
If the valve receives a 24 V signal from the injection moulding machine, the sorting chute switches and the bad parts fall to the other side. If the signal drops, the sorting chute swivels back to its starting position.
